1)Golden finger papad
3)Ginger garlic paste
4)Onion 1 big
5)Tomato Ketchup 1/2 cup
6)Chilli Sauce 1/2 cup
1)Take required golden fingers papad and boil it in hot water for only 2mins.
2) Keep it aside by draining away excess water.
3)Heat wok and add ghee/clarified butter/butter.
4)Add ginger and garlic paste and let it fry.
5)Add onions and fry till golden brown.
6)Add tomato ketchup and chilli sauce and let it boil for 2mins.
7)Add turmeric,garam masala,salt and chilli powder.Mix it well and let it boil for 2mins.
8)Now add vegetables of your choice and add required water and let it cook till vegetables are no more raw.
9)Now add the boiled papad to this mixture and stir it carefully.
10)Pasta from Indian papad is all ready.
11)Enjoy it hot with some pepper powder.
