2)Sesame seeds – 250grams
1)Heat a wok and dry roast sesame seeds/till/nuvvulu till they produce aroma.
2)Keep the roasted seeds aside.
3)Add jaggery to the wok and add water to form one string consistency.
4)Let the jaggery solution boil for 5-7 mins till one string consistency is achieved.
5)Keep stirring in between to avoid burning.
6)Add roasted sesame seeds to the jaggery solution and let it become lukewarm.
7)Once the mixture is lukewarm,start making balls from it.
8)Enjoy this healthy snack by having one or two per day as it can be stored for 1 month.
