Sprouts Pulao

1) Sprouts of your choice – I chose Rajma,Chana,Lobia,chickpea and green gram
2) Oil – as required
3) Turmeric
4) Onions
5) Jeera – 2 tsp
6) Garlic
7) Ginger
8) Chilli – 3 no
9) Elaichi – 2 no
10) Cloves- 2 no
11) Rice
12) Bay leaf
13) Pulao masala -1 tsp
14) Salt – as needed

1) Heat a cooker and add oil to it
2) Wait till the oil is hot and add a tsp of turmeric
3) Add onions and let them fry till golden brown
4) Add jeera and let it fry
5) Grind green chilli,ginger,garlic,clove and elachi to a paste
6) Add the paste,let it cook and then add pulao masala. Let them cook well
7) Now add all the sprouts and mix them well
8) Add rice and mix it well
9) Add salt and water as required for the rice to boil
10) Cook it for 4-5 whistles such that all the sprouts are cooked
11) Remove lid after 15-20mins, mix well and serve
12) Enjoy it with raita or as it is

All healthy sprouts rice is all ready 🙂
