Strawberry cake (Eggless)


  1. Butter – 100gms
  2. Condensed milk -150gms
  3. Sour curd – 70gms
  4. Strawberry essence
  5. Flour – 150gms
  6. Baking soda – 1 tsp
  7. Baking powder – 1tsp
  8. Hot Water – 1/2 cup


  1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 10mins
  2. Add butter and condensed milk and whisk gently
  3. Next add sour curd and essence and whisk
  4. Sieve and add flour,baking soda and baking powder and mix gently
  5. Add hot water and whisk well
  6. Once the batter is in flowing consistency, it is perfect for us to bake.
  7. Transfer the batter to baking mould and bake at 180 degrees for 18-20mins.
  8. Remove from oven after done and let it cool for 15mins. Then de-mould it.
  9. Enjoy it as it is or top it with butter cream frosting like I did.
